Her two decades of experience in business development, managing consulting and then an HR leader with corporates, scale-ups and startups across the globe has given her many opportunities to grow international companies.

Her strong focus on achieving results and futuristic mindset paints a vivid picture of opportunities for leaders and their companies and also includes a full roadmap to make their vision a reality. She has bounds of energy to get things done and learns by doing, particularly fascinated in linking digitalization and behavioral approaches.
